Q: Is delivery free or included within the purchase price?

A: Yes if your delivery address is within the EU zone. All items on Bankrupt Fashion have FREE postage for EU customers. 

Q: I don't live in the EU and will you combine postage?

A: Yes, we will combine postage. However, if you buy 2 or more items from us at the same time we will give you FREE worldwide postage regardless of where are.

Q: I bought 2 items but paid postage. Can I get a refund?

A: Of course. If you purchase 2 or more items from Bankrupt Fashion at the same time and paid postage please contact us. We will manually adjust your invoice and refund your postage cost if it wasn't set at £0.00 when your payment was made.

Q: How fast will I get my item?

A: All items are posted within 24 hours of cleared payment. If an item is purchased and paid before 2pm (CET) it will be dispatched on the same day. Deliveries to EU destinations take approximately 3 to 5 working days and 7 to 14 working days for the rest of the world.

Q: I haven't received my item. Where is it?

A: All items are posted with a tracking number and are fully insured. In the event of a delay or loss please contact us for further details. For non-EU customers sometimes delays can be because of customs processing. Some countries take a very long time to clear parcels for delivery. Whilst Bankrupt Fashion dispatches items quickly delays can happen in a recipient's country when an item is being processed by customs.

Q: My item has arrived damaged what can I do?

A: In the event of an item arriving damaged please contact us immediately. We must be informed within 48 hours of delivery to process items damaged during delivery. Please keep all packaging and photograph both the damaged item and packaging and send us a message with those pictures attached. All items are insured and fully covered for any damage during delivery. However, claims must be made within 48 hours and pictures will be required along with a statement of fact stating the buyer's full name and address, date of delivery and damage caused to the item.

Q: Do you accept PayPal?

A: Yes we accept PayPal as well as many other online forms of payment methods and credit cards. However, PayPal charges sellers fees that are not refunded when a buyer requests a refund for an item paid using PayPal. As this fee is non-recoverable it will be charged against any refund made when paid using PayPal.

Q: How can I pay for my item?

A: We accept PayPal, Apple Pay/Stripe, Klarna, Amazon Payments and all major credit cards including bank transfers through Stripe. We can also accept all bank transfers via Stripe. We currently are set up to accept Alipay, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, iDEAL, Multibanco, Przelewy24, SOFORT and WeChat Pay. Please contact us for further details.
