Q: Is delivery free or included within the purchase price?

A: Yes we have FREE delivery for all items we sell on our website.

Q: I don't live in the EU and will you combine postage?

A: Postage worldwide for Bankrupt Fashion for all our items online is FREE. If you are charged postage on our website for any item purchased please contact us and we will make sure any postage cost is refunded.

Q: I bought 2 items but paid postage. Can I get a refund?

A: Postage worldwide for Bankrupt Fashion for all our items online is FREE. If you are charged postage on our website for any item purchased please contact us and we will make sure any postage cost is refunded.

Q: How fast will I get my item?

A: All items are posted within 24 hours of cleared payment. If an item is purchased and paid before 2pm (CET) it will be dispatched on the same day. Deliveries to EU destinations take approximately 3 to 5 working days and 7 to 14 working days for the rest of the world.

Q: I haven't received my item. Where is it?

A: All items are posted with a tracking number and are fully insured. In the event of a delay or loss please contact us for further details. For non-EU customers sometimes delays can be because of customs processing. Some countries take a very long time to clear parcels for delivery. Whilst Bankrupt Fashion dispatches items quickly delays can happen in a recipient's country when an item is being processed by customs.

Q: My item has arrived damaged what can I do?

A: In the event of an item arriving damaged please contact us immediately. We must be informed within 48 hours of delivery to process items damaged during delivery. Please keep all packaging and photograph both the damaged item and packaging and send us a message with those pictures attached. All items are insured and fully covered for any damage during delivery. However, claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery and pictures will be required along with a statement of fact stating the buyer's full name and address, date of delivery and damage caused to the item.

Q: Do you accept PayPal?

A: No we don't accept PayPal any longer for items we sell online. PayPal is the worst and most expensive payment method online with the worst exchange rates available for conversion and the most ignorant customer 'support'. We have so many better and kinder and more decent payment methods available for our customers to pay for their item that are so much more efficient than PayPal!

Q: How can I pay for my item?

A: We accept Apple Pay/Stripe, Klarna, Amazon Payments and all major credit cards including bank transfers through Stripe. We can also accept via Stripe Alipay, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, iDEAL, Multibanco, Przelewy24, SOFORT and WeChat Pay. Please contact us for further details.
